Liliana del Carmen García Viloria

He is a Lawyer graduated from the University of Carabobo (UC) as 9th in his class; Specialist in Labor Law at the Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB); with a Postgraduate Degree in Labor Procedural Law from the University of Carabobo (UC), studies in Business Model Structure from the Institute of Higher Administration Studies (IESA) and Specialization in Labor and Social Security Law from the University of Vigo, Spain (UVIGO).

He has been a contracted teacher for the Commercial Law I chair at the School of Law of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the University of Carabobo (UC), a contracted teacher for the Administrative Labor Procedures module in the Diploma in Labor Procedural Law at the Law School of the José Antonio Páez University (UJAP) and a professor hired for the Chair of Administrative Law III at the Law School of the José Antonio Páez University (UJAP).

She is a partner at LANDÁEZ (Landáez – Uzcátegui – García / Abogados – Consultores), where she has worked in the area of labor matters for more than 12 years.

With experience in resolving labor-related conflicts in administrative and judicial settings, and in advising and consulting companies on Labor Law. He has served as an external auditor for different companies with regard to fundamental obligations in labor matters and Occupational Health and Safety. He has participated in the discussion and drafting of Collective Labor Agreements and stands out in the preparation of calculations and labor costs, participating in the management and administration of payrolls and other labor benefits.  Since 2016, he has been Director of the Industrial Education Foundation (FUNDEI) of the State of Carabobo, contributing to the development of professionals in different areas and thus to the evolution of the Industrial Zone in the State.
